It's nesting time again at Smith Rock State Park for both pairs of golden and bald eagles. Hiking trails remain open but some campsites and climbing route closures start February 17.

It's going to be a hot one, in the low 90s on Monday, August 15. If you're here during the day and plan on hanging out, be sure and bring water. Oh yeah. And plan on using the porta potties.
